Click Rain Inc. did a full renovation of this building to be their new office space that required a complete HVAC Update including new building controls. We worked in coordination with the design team and the owner to help budget and work through pros and cons of different systems. This included analyzing upfront, maintenance, utility and life cycle cost differences to help the owner make an educated decision on the HVAC systems they were investing in and how that would work itself out in the operational expectancies in their spaces.

We utilized a creative cloud solution to help the customer be able to justify the power of a Siemens Desigo CC interface without the heavier burden of software and hardware requirements that small to medium size offices have a harder time absorbing. The modern look of the Siemens room sensors provide function but also fit into the modern industrial architectural design the customer had throughout the rest of their spaces.  Ultimately this results in a great functioning system that looks sleek and modern as well.
