What to Expect
Once we have implemented your building automation system, we will give you on-site training to learn how to operate your new system properly. After acclimating to the new system, we encourage building operators to attend our periodic factory training classes for more Siemens Training.
For further support, G&R Controls offers Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMA) to keep up with regular maintenance on your Building Automation System. During each preventive maintenance service visit, a qualified technician will perform service in accordance with a program of standards as determined by our extensive experience, ASHRAE standard practices, and manufacturer recommendations.
We offer 24/7 on-call emergency support to ensure customers have help if a crisis occurs. Our team of factory-trained service personnel has over 100 years of HVAC experience.
